We provide detailed maintenance advice and arrange quality repair services from our network of preferred vendors without any markups. The bill we receive is the bill you pay. Our on call staff is on call 24/7 to handle any emergencies.
We provide detailed monthly e-statements for accounting including gross rent for each unit, commission paid, and any deducted maintenance. Security deposits will be retained in a Trust account, as required by state real estate regulations. As soon as funds are received in full, you are paid; funds are never held. We even offer a direct deposit option. You will also be given concise year-end financials categorizing all income and expenses for tax purposes + 1099 preparation.
