Property Management HVAC Technician

Wolf and Kline Property Management is hiring a skilled and reliable Property Management HVAC Technician to support our residential property portfolio. This full-time role focuses on maintaining and repairing HVAC systems while delivering professional service to residents and internal teams.

We’re looking for an experienced technician with strong troubleshooting skills, EPA certification, and the ability to work independently in the field. This position offers steady weekday hours, competitive pay, excellent benefits, and a company-provided van.

The Administrative Maintenance Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the daily administrative operations of the Maintenance Department. This position is responsible for processing invoices, maintaining accurate records, coordinating communication with vendors and internal teams, and ensuring administrative tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.

What You’ll Do

  • Process vendor invoices accurately and timely in accordance with company policies and work order procedures
  • Review invoices for accuracy, completeness, and proper documentation
  • Communicate with vendors to obtain required information and assist with work order coordination
  • Professionally answer and manage incoming phone calls while providing excellent customer service
  • Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems
  • Perform accurate data entry and maintain current records related to maintenance, residents, leases, and properties
  • Provide administrative support to the Maintenance Department as needed
  • Assist with department projects, reporting, and additional administrative tasks
  • Provide backup support to the Front Office Administrator during absences or busy periods
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workspace

This position focuses on drywall repair, painting, and surface restoration throughout our residential properties. What You Will Do

  • Complete drywall repair and painting work orders in occupied and vacant residential properties.
  • Repair drywall damage including holes, cracks, water damage, and other surface imperfections.
  • Hang, tape, mud, sand, texture, and finish drywall.
  • Prepare surfaces and complete painting, touch-ups, and finish work.
  • Match existing paint colors and wall textures whenever possible.
  • Install or replace trim, molding, and baseboards related to repairs.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
  • Complete work orders accurately and communicate professionally with tenants, coworkers, and supervisors.
  • Follow company safety policies and procedures.

What We Are Looking For

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Two years of drywall repair and painting experience preferred.
  • Experience in residential property maintenance or apartment communities is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of drywall repair, finishing, texturing, and painting techniques.
  • Ability to safely operate hand tools, power tools, ladders, and painting equipment.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
  • Dependable, reliable, and able to work independently.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.

Wolf and Kline Property Management is seeking a dependable, organized, and customer-focused Leasing Assistant to support our fast-paced Leasing Department. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both administrative work and being out in the field conducting property inspections, and resident support.

The Leasing Assistant plays an important role in supporting the leasing process from initial inquiry through move-in while helping maintain efficient operations and excellent customer service standards.

What You’ll Do

  • Assist with the leasing process from prospect inquiry through move-in
  • Provide day-to-day operational support to the Leasing Manager and Business Support Manager
  • Provide support to Leasing Department phone lines in a professional and timely manner
  • Complete drive-by inspections and property walk-throughs
  • Conduct property and storage unit showings as needed
  • Communicate with applicants, residents, and internal teams
  • Maintain organized and accurate records and reports
  • Support compliance tracking and leasing documentation
  • Post tenant notices and follow up on inspection items
  • Help maintain efficient daily leasing operations

What We’re Looking For
