Residential Plumber
We are looking for a professional plumber to join our team with absolutely no sales involved!
What are we looking for:
A professional plumber who knows and understands plumbing. Keeps up to date with current plumbing processes, parts and equipment. College, trade school or apprenticeship related experience is a plus!
A people person who enjoys interacting with our tenants and collaborating with our team.
Hard working, dependable, respectful.
Ability to establish priorities, work independently, and proceed with objectives without supervision.
Completes work orders in a timely manner.
Provides information to maintenance and turnover coordinators.
Familiar with general property maintenance requirements.
Ability to use technology on the job. I-Pad is provided.
Completes paperwork and invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
A valid driver’s license is required. A company issue vehicle is provided. Will need to travel to all service areas.
Maintain a neat, organized workspace that is professional and service oriented. Ability to meet consistent attendance.

Office Manager
As the Office Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our office. You will oversee administrative tasks, manage office facilities, and provide support to employees across various departments. Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day administrative operations, including office supplies, computers, equipment, and facilities.

Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including phone calls and emails. Supervise and assist front desk.

Implement and enforce office policies and procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in office management or administrative roles.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software.
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
Experience with HR functions and financial administration is a plus.
Positive attitude, problem-solving mindset, and willingness to adapt to changing priorities.
