Property Management HVAC Technician

Wolf and Kline Property Management is hiring a skilled and reliable Property Management HVAC Technician to support our residential property portfolio. This full-time role focuses on maintaining and repairing HVAC systems while delivering professional service to residents and internal teams.

We’re looking for an experienced technician with strong troubleshooting skills, EPA certification, and the ability to work independently in the field. This position offers steady weekday hours, competitive pay, excellent benefits, and a company-provided van.

The Administrative Maintenance Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the daily administrative operations of the Maintenance Department. This position is responsible for processing invoices, maintaining accurate records, coordinating communication with vendors and internal teams, and ensuring administrative tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.

What You’ll Do

  • Process vendor invoices accurately and timely in accordance with company policies and work order procedures
  • Review invoices for accuracy, completeness, and proper documentation
  • Communicate with vendors to obtain required information and assist with work order coordination
  • Professionally answer and manage incoming phone calls while providing excellent customer service
  • Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems
  • Perform accurate data entry and maintain current records related to maintenance, residents, leases, and properties
  • Provide administrative support to the Maintenance Department as needed
  • Assist with department projects, reporting, and additional administrative tasks
  • Provide backup support to the Front Office Administrator during absences or busy periods
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workspace

We are seeking an experienced, hands-on operations leader to run our Maintenance division and oversee residential maintenance service operations across a multi-site residential portfolio. This role leads a field-based technician team responsible for delivering high-quality residential maintenance and repair services while driving performance, efficiency, accountability, and overall operational success across the portfolio.

This is a multi-site leadership role, not a single-property or entry-level management position.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead and develop maintenance technicians
  • Oversee scheduling, dispatch, and daily service operations
  • Manage service quality, response times, and field performance
  • Oversee technician service work
  • Support field work and handle escalations as needed
  • Manage job costing, inventory, and operational efficiency
  • Implement safety programs and training initiatives

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience managing technicians across multiple locations
  • Background in maintenance, construction, or skilled trades operations
  • Strong leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with scheduling, dispatch, or service operations
