Wolf & Kline Property Management, Inc. (Licensee) hereby states that with respect to any property managed by Wolf & Kline Property Management, Inc. I am acting in the following capacity
An agent of the Owner/Landlord pursuant to a property management or exclusive leasing agreement
There is no fee to apply. However, if the applicant is approved and signs a lease with Wolf and Kline Property Management, there is a $85 processing fee due at the time of lease signing.
The following policies have been established for all applicants interested in qualifying for a property managed by Wolf and Kline Property Management. Please read the following policies. If you feel you meet the guidelines for qualifying, we encourage you to apply. Applicants are required to qualify individually. Wolf and Kline does not allow co-signing or subletting. Please note: There is no need to fill out multiple applications as one covers all rental properties. If an application is filled out for a specific listed property that later becomes unavailable, we will continue to process the application to ensure the approval is listed on file for all future home rentals.

The application will NOT be considered with missing, misleading, or false information. All submitted applications become the property of Wolf and Kline Property Management.
All applicants and current tenants who will be residing with an animal will need to fill out a third party pet screening application at https://wolfandklinepropertymgmtinc.petscreening.com/ in order to add the animal to the lease agreement. The third party agency charges up to $30.00 to process an application for a household pet.
